INVOICE ISSUANCE PROCEDURES AT ESC
Required Information
To issue an invoice, please provide the following detailed information:
For Individuals:
- Full name
- ID/Passport number
- Address
- Email to receive the invoice
For Organizations/Businesses:
- Company name (as registered on Business License)
- Tax code
- Billing address
- Email to receive the electronic invoice
Submission Methods
Customers can send billing information through one of the following options:
- Send an email to: ketoan@esc.vn or cskh@esc.vn.
- Subject: Invoice Request – Rendered Service
- Detailed information as listed in item (1)
- Attached file of bank transfer receipt
- Fill out directly via the form link attached in the automated notification email from ESC system.
Receiving Method
The official electronic invoice (legal .PDF and .XML file formats) will be automatically sent directly to your registered email address by the system.
💡 In cases where a hard copy is mandatory, ESC supports printing and sending it via post (delivery fees apply).
⚠️ Important Notes:
- ESC only issues invoices at the exact time of transaction (on the same day the order is generated), and absolutely does not support backdating for transactions that have expired according to the regulations issued by the Tax Authority.
- Particularly for the ".vn" national domain name registration service, the invoice will only be issued based on the exact information of the registered owner/entity.
